Return window: you can request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered.
Condition: items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with any tags attached.
Damaged, defective or wrong item: contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will send a free replacement or a full refund.
How to start a return: contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We will confirm your return and give you the return instructions. Please do not send anything back before we confirm.
Return shipping: for change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. It is free if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
Refunds: once your return is received and checked, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Not eligible for return: lingerie and underwear for hygiene reasons (unless defective or incorrect), and items that were worn, washed or altered.
